  9. Fixes:

  11. - Just got a copy of FWB's CD-ROM Toolkit to play with and I've
  12.   been wrestling with it quite a bit.  Now, I can say that yes FWB is
  13.   officially supported and now works almost as great as with Apple's
  14.   drivers.  Please read "Drivers Limitations" file that you can found
  15.   in Audiodeck 2.0.6 archive.

  17. - Fixed a bug that prohibited PowerPC users to use Audiodeck 2.0.5 at all.
  18.   Audiodeck was claiming that it didn't find any CD-ROM attached to the
  19.   Macintosh, which was of course misleading. Thanks to all PowerMac
  20.   users out there for letting me know of this problem...

  22. - If two consecutive tracks where separated by an unselected track (or many),
  23.   then Audiodeck would issue a new play for the next track instead of playing
  24.   the gap as is the two track were one after the other in the playlist.
  25.   Ex:
  26.            4 ├ Natural grace
  27.            8   How does it feel to feel?
  28.            5 ├ Only now
  29.            
  30.            In this particular case, instead of playing the gap between 4 and 5,
  31.            Audiodeck when track 4 would end issued a play to play track 5
  32.            instead of playing the gap as it should do.  Fff, I hate English :-(

  34. - Fixed many bugs... (gee, shame on me).  If you ever experienced outrageous
  35.   time for tracks (like 91 minutes, 78 seconds) or the disc itself, this has
  36.   been fixed among other more subtles ones.

  40. - A new "Sound" submenu inside Options menu enable you to switch the kind
  41.   of output you want, from Stereo to Mono, but also left only, right only
  42.   and swap channels... There is more than a dozen modes available. I've only
  43.   picked the most useful ones.
  44. - Holding the option key while inserting a new CD will prohibit the loading
  45.   of the local preferences for this CD and will rather use the current
  46.   settings.
  47. - Holding the option key while closing an Info window while automatically
  48.   close every other Info window that might be open.

  53. New "features":

  55. - You can now use another SCSI ID.  If you select a new CD-ROM drive via the
  56.   Startup SCSI Drive submenu in Options menu, then you will be able to use this
  57.   new device instead of the default one (which is the first CD-ROM in the SCSI
  58.   chain), it will only be   valid for the next startup.  
  59.       (That one is for you, Brian Bechtel!)
  60. - Now, if you drag a track into Audiodeck's icon in Finder, Audiodeck will
  61.   start playing this track instead of importing it. You can always specify an
  62.   import session if you hold the option key when dropping the file into
  63.   Audiodeck's icon.

  67. - I hosed the hide/show menu item in 2.0.3. It would crash your machine when
  68.   you tried to "show" back Audiodeck's main window.
  69. - For unknown reason, when using 24-bitplane deep with a minimalistic setup
  70.   on my Quadra 660AV, all the GWorld-based drawing was not done correctly
  71.   resulting in a window without a volume slider and no text in the list.
  72.   (this is quite strange, anyone willing to tell me more about this one
  73.    is welcomed! ;-))

  78. - Minor bug fix.  Now, Audiodeck check to see if you really have an Apple CD300
  79.   before enabling you to select Import Audio Track menu item.

  84. - Fixed a fatal bug that would crash my 660av when I put the window near the
  85.   bottom edge of the screen. This was due to my code that check the depth
  86.   of the current screen. Hear me, never "trust" an unknown piece of code you
  87.   are given or find somewhere, even if it is supposed to be bug-free.

  92. Fixed all known bugs to date:

  94. - Fixed a bug that prohibited Audiodeck to be executed in 24-bit mode.
  95. - A small bug fix: On some Macintosh, Audiodeck's stack got mangled for
  96.   some reason, and exited with error 28.  This has been fixed. Now, Audiodeck
  97.   should not crash anymore upon startup.
  98. - Removed the "visual glitch" when you press Tab (or shift tab) to edit 
  99.   the next entry in the playlist (thanks Chris!).
  100. - Fixed some drawing "glitches" when the user was in B&W (thanks Paul!)
  101.   and some in colour (thanks me!) when resizing Audiodeck's window.

  103. New "features":
  104. - Audiodeck is now distributed as a FAT executable.  It runs native now
  105.   on Power Macintosh!
  106. - Audiodeck now use the same index as AppleCD Audio Player for mixed
  107.   mode CDs.
  108. - For a glimpse of Audiodeck 2.1, load ResEdit, and check out the DLOG
  109.   resources for two new windows...

  114. - When two identical tracks were one after the other in program mode,
  115.   Audiodeck skipped the second one and jumped to the other to the first
  116.   non-indentical track when the first one was completed.
  117. - Did some house cleaning in the code that I didn't had the chance to
  118.   do before. 
  119. - Removed a call to an old function that did nothing, but could make
  120.   your machine crash (bus error) upon launch.
  121. - If you only modified the track names of a _new_ disc but did not 
  122.   edit the other disc information via the Disc Information window, 
  123.   upon exit or eject (when Audiodeck saves the disc information) it
  124.   wouldn't create the index in CD Remote Programs and then write
  125.   the track titles in a wrong area. Nothing "lethal" but this
  126.   was an oversight from me. Sorry.
  127. - James did some corrections in the documentation, and corrected some
  128.   errors he made and I had overlooked.
  129. - Included the registration form (gee, did you notice how much thing you
  130.   can forget when your on "pressure" ?).
  131. - I always welcome bug report/flames/comments/suggestions via Email, and
  132.   I always promptly reply to all my mail (often in less then 2 minutes).
  133.   So don't hesitate to share with me your concerns...
